1. Quality Check – Always First

We inspect every piece before it goes out. If anything isn’t perfect, we hold it back. For instance, this beautiful necklace above didn’t make it to our shop because its clasp needed manual closure and didn’t spring back automatically. It’s our little promise to only send out what we’d be proud to wear ourselves.

2. Setting the Scene

Once your jewelry passes our checks, we place it gently on a display card to keep it in shape during delivery.

3. Wrapped to Protect

Next, it's wrapped in soft tissue to prevent scratches and to keep moisture out. This helps ensure your piece arrives in the same pristine condition it left us.

4. Anti-Oxidation Protection

All sterling silver items are placed into a special anti-oxidation pouch to slow down tarnishing. We also add an anti-oxidation strip (the little black one you’ll find inside)—this absorbs moisture and keeps your silver shining longer. (Want to know more? 5. A Thoughtful Final Touch

These lovely jewelry are packed into an organza bag. Larger purchases are gifted with a complimentary jewellery cleaning cloth. We then carefully pack everything into our mailer box. Sometimes, we sneak in a little freebie just to make your day.
